What clients say
Didžiausia nauda - komandos efektyvumas: nuo žmonių nuėmėme daug pasikartojančio rankinio darbo. Vien dalį procesų automatizavę sutaupėme daugiau nei dviejų darbuotojų po pusę etato, kurį dabar skiriame didesnės vertės darbams.

VitaFlow — production management system for food supplements
We needed a modern solution so customers could order food conveniently through our own system. We’re delighted with the MILIOS team’s work, the smooth collaboration and how quickly the solution was delivered.
Mamma Pizza
Food ordering system
We needed a modern SaaS solution that would let logistics companies quickly assess freight prices, tolls and other important factors. What pleased us most was how quickly the solution was built. The team understood the brief perfectly, because they already had experience with freight transport business processes. We’re glad we chose MILIOS.

About Us
People, process, then technology
Milios helps companies apply AI practically, inside real working processes. We start with people — understanding how the team works, where time disappears and what stops processes running well. Through training tailored to the team we uncover automation opportunities, then turn them into real technical solutions.
Our goal isn’t more tools. It is a system that works better, where people, process and technology complement each other.

How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A process audit usually takes a couple of weeks, first automations run from a few weeks, and larger AI implementations take longer. We agree the exact timeline after the audit or the first 30-minute call, once we can see the real scope of your processes.
Do we need technical knowledge to work with you?
No. We handle the technical side and talk about processes, not tools. Training and documentation are tailored so your team can use the systems day to day without a developer. We work in both Lithuanian and English, so mixed teams can work in either language.
What is your pricing model?
We work in fixed packages rather than hourly rates. The scope and the price depend on the process, the systems and the integrations involved, so we only quote once we understand your situation. Start with a free 30-minute call — afterwards we’ll propose the right next step and a clear scope. Questions: aidas@milios.ai.
Which tools and platforms do you work with?
We are not tied to one platform. We mostly work with n8n, Make, API integrations and custom code, and with the main models on the AI side. We pick the tool to fit your process and the systems you already have, not the other way round.
Is my data safe?
We work to GDPR requirements, sign NDAs, and only touch the data a given process actually needs. If you have internal security rules or requirements about where data is stored, we agree them before the work starts.
What results can we realistically expect?
We will not promise a percentage before we have seen your processes. During the audit we measure how much time and how many steps a specific process takes, and we agree what will count as a result. We measure the same figure after implementation, so the change can be checked rather than just felt.
Do you build custom solutions or use off-the-shelf systems?
Both. Where possible we use proven platforms and standard building blocks, because that is faster and cheaper. We build custom only for the part that is genuinely specific to your process.
Can you scale the system as our business grows?
Yes. We build systems so they can be extended — adding processes, integrations or agents without starting over. For growing teams of roughly 15–100 people this usually means starting with one process and expanding only once the first one actually works. For ongoing maintenance and development there is a separate partnership arrangement, scoped to what you need.
